LAHORE BOARD DIGITALIZES RESULT CARDS, FULLY DIGITAL & QR-CODED INITIATIVE

Lahore(Education reporter)Chairman of the Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dr. Engineer Badar-ul-Islam, has announced a significant milestone in modernizing the education system and providing swift solutions for students’ issues. In line with the vision of Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, and the directives of Education Minister, Rana Sikandar Hayat, the Board has rapidly digitalized its complete administrative and examination systems. A key aspect of this advancement is the total digitalization of result cards and the migration of all examination records to a modern system. This step is designed to guarantee exam transparency, eliminate fake degrees, and free students from traditional paperwork and repeated visits to the Board.

All digital result cards feature an advanced QR code, enabling instant online verification with a quick scan. Private students can download their digital result cards directly from the Board’s official website, while regular students can obtain them through the portals of their respective schools or colleges. The Inter-Board Coordination Committee (IBCC) has been formally informed about this new digital system and its E-Verification and QR Code procedures to prevent any delays in admissions or attestation. Chairman Dr. Badar-ul-Islam further stated that the Lahore Board is committed to a paperless system, and following the result cards, other services such as Online NOC, Migration, and Fee payments are being streamlined and automated for student convenience.
