LAHORE (Education Reporter) – Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has clarified that no decision has been made regarding the extension of school holidays in the province, dismissing recent rumors as premature.
In an official statement issued from the provincial capital, Rana Sikandar Hayat urged parents, students, and teachers to remain cautious of fake news and misinformation circulating on social media.
Refuting the unverified reports, the Minister emphasized that there has been no final announcement on the matter. He advised the public to rely solely on verified information from official government sources and the Education Department to avoid any confusion.
He further added that any future decision would be taken in the best interest of students and the continuity of the academic session, and any such announcement would be made through formal channels in a timely manner.
