This phase includes a wide range of academic programs designed to provide accessible education to students from all walks of life.

- Offered Programs: Matric, FA, Associate Degrees (BA/BCom), BS, B.Ed, Post-Graduate Diplomas, and various Certificate Courses.
- Admission Policy: Admissions are being offered on an Open Merit basis. No entrance test or interview is required for these programs.
- Final Deadline: Both new and continuing students must submit their applications with a late fee by March 30, 2026.
